K-Flexal Elastic Belt Support System
K-Flexal Elastic Belt Support System consists of cross belt polyurethane elastic straps, with its flexibility and elongation design feature allowing better absorption of energy and even weight dispersion of the conveyed bulk material.
K-Flexal polyurethane straps are supported by a metal framework adjustable
in all 3 dimensions designed to fit the system to every trough angle
ranging from 20 to 70 degrees.

K-Flexal Elastic Belt Support System Video
Designed and engineered by Kinder Australia, K-Impact Belt Support can dramatically improve material containment at high impact conveyor transfer points. Each cradle is custom engineered to suit a variety of heavy material applications. The rigid cradle provides extra support under the moving conveyor belt, stabilising the load at the transfer point. The skirting and seals can then work more effectively, preventing belt edge sag and spillage which creates unnecessary maintenance and labour costs.

K-Impact Belt Support System Video
Designed to provide a consistent and stable support for the troughed conveyor belt profile by reducing the number of rotating conveyor components. K-Sure Belt Support System eliminates any belt edge sag and therefore increases the effectiveness of the skirting seal. The system requires no pre-engineering, adjustments or special tools. The outcome is successfully controlled spillage and contained dust leakage.
